Mr. Stafford has more than 25 years of experience specializing in construction quality management in the environmental industry. He conducts both environmental & geotechnical and construction QA/QC inspections. Mr. Stafford also schedules, and provides field supervision of drilling operations using both direct push and conventional technologies. Mr. Stafford coordinates site surveying, field staff resources, and equipment inventory management. He regularly provides cost estimates, staff allocations, and field technical approaches on our consultant’s projects.
