Micah Group Employees Micah Group maintains a diverse staff of Environmental and Construction Professionals who are eager to advance within their professions and seek innovative, creative means of better serving their clients. Our staff consists of the following:   Professional Geologists Construction Managers Environmental Specialists Geologists Environmental Field Technicians Heavy Equipment Operators CDL Drivers Geography Technicians Micah Group provides semi annual internal and external training courses to keep employees informed of industry changes and new technologies.  Trade shows and conferences are regularly attended for staff to be well informed on new environmental contracting equipment and up to date with newest soil/ground sample collection instruments.  All environmental employees have received OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certifications and current OSHA 8-Hour Refresher Training.  First Aid, CPR and industry specific safety programs (LPS) are maintained annually. Other certifications held by Micah Group staff include NGWA Monitoring Well Installer, Certified Drill Rig Operator, UST Remover Certifications, Reimbursement Programs Certifications, and EPA AHERA Certifications.
