Environmental Assessment - US NAVY Base in Parris Island, South Carolina and Jacksonville, Florida - MICAH GROUP collected hydropunch groundwater samples and soil samples using a Macro Core sampling device at the US Navy Base in Parris Island, South Carolina and Jacksonville, Florida. The hydropunch borings were installed to approximate depths of 45 feet and were pressure grouted after completion. Also during field activities, soil vapor samples were collected.
MICAH GROUP operated one of its AMS 9630 PowerProbe units. Dual tube sampling systems, as well as soil injection tools were used to complete the projects. MICAH GROUP’s diverse array of field equipment allowed multiple tasks to be simultaneously executed. These projects were a single phase of on-going research conducted by Arizona University and Micah Group. |
